From Culture Shock to Connection

Our founder arrived in New Zealand from Papua New Guinea in 2004, experiencing firsthand the challenges of adapting to a new culture, language, and academic environment. Missing guidance on everything from study tips and understanding the Kiwi accent to finding post-graduation employment, the founder recognised a gap. Many in PNG weren't easily aware of the vast opportunities available in NZ. This personal journey sparked the beginning of Wantok Solution, initially focusing on helping individuals pursue short agriculture courses, secure work, and settle in New Zealand. Today, we are proud to support a growing PNG diaspora in Aotearoa, and we aim to foster even more connections for study, business, and to showcase the incredible experiences New Zealand has to offer.

  • Travel & Adventure: Promoting the breathtaking beauty and unique experiences Aotearoa has to offer. We also promote Papua New Guinea Tourism in New Zealand.
